At AutoShine Mobile Detailing, we understand that plans can change. To keep our schedule fair and ensure every client receives the best service, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below:

Advance Notice

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedules. This allows us to offer your spot to another client.

Same-Day or Late Cancellations

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling within 48 hours is allowed, and no additional fee will be charged.

Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notifying us may be charged the full service amount.

Changing or Cancelling Your Booking

To modify or cancel your appointment, please get in touch with us directly by phone or email.
